Prospecting for Uranium is enhanced by the technology provided by Actigen. Our firm, in conjunction with the Radiochemistry Society, has advanced the art of detection of uranium deposits. The technique measures selected isotopes of uranium and daughter elements. The measurements are optimized computationally to determine indicative "finger prints" of the natural decay process. This in turn, is indicative of how long ago and far away from the test hole to the deposit of interest. Actigen advises the prospector of the most probable indications from additional drilling. The technique works for both liquid and solid samples, with liquids being preferred for the first round of tests. The relative amounts of the selected isotopes detected in the samples are evaluated using complex statistical programs. The statistics generate probability zones that show the best locations of sub-surface features for the presence of uranium. With calibration to field conditions, concentrations and total tonnages can be estimated. In the second phase, instruments are placed for several weeks, which in turn, pinpoints uranium deposits. The latter instrumentation "backs up" the first round of mineral sampling and eliminates false positives, and further delineating the first round of results.
The process is suitable for the commercial uranium mining firm and junior firms seeking to develop a portfolio of bankable reserves. The fees and terms of the service are provided. The client and terms of the service are provided. The client must demonstrate it has the right to explore a certain mineral estate, because Actigen takes a result fee in and to a portion of the mineral estate by way of over riding royalty. The fees defer some of the costs of the service. For more information please contact us. |
